When you call the number back it is an automated message saying that you qualify for a reward because you visited their website.  You can press 2 to be removed from their list.

Called my cell and rang once before hanging up. I'm already on the do not call registry for more than 2 weeks. I called back and it says press 2 to be placed on THEIR do not call list. I hope they call back so I can sue them. We will see

Wow, you have time to sue telemarketers and immediately post when they call you.  I think you need a hobby.
