This # called my cell and disconnected. When I tried to call back on a landline, it rang once then gave a fast, busy signal. Tried to call back from my cell, the call was dropped.
oh! that must be it.... I did get a text from the University that was a test message for the emergency alert system within the last half hour..... the University sends texts if classes are canceled due to weather etc... or if there were some psycho on the loose (like at UGA or UAH in the last couple of years).
