Got a call from this number on my cellphone. Left no message. Number located in Alabama! Tried calling back just to see in I'd get through recording said the number you dialed is not a working number and please try again. Enough said it's a SCAM. I wasn't going to talk to anyone anyway if it had been a working number. Obviously it worked when they called twice today! Sick of people and SCHEMING WAYS!!!
Called me just a few minutes ago and I thought I'd play along...it's totally a scam. The guise is to give you a lower interest rate . He said he was from Card Member Services for Bank of America, Capital One and Chase. Asked for my expiration date and if my Visa started with a 4 (they all do...). Then he asked me to give him the 8 middle digits of my card number - I said No! You should have that if you are calling about my account. Big shocker...he hung up. Such a SCAM - Beware!
got all a call from 205-368-6669 they said can reduce interest rates on my mastercard to 4 percent and then asked me do I have my card available I told then I don't have one and then I asked what was the name of person on card and then they hung up. I also have reported this too capitol one mastercard as well . they are out too trick people into giving there credit card number. sad people out there that's all I can say
