calls frequently and doesn't leave a message.

Called my Cellphone. I answered and woman said, "Yes, I am calling (inaudible and couldn't understand what she was saying). So, I said "Who" and she repeated and again was inaudible when she said name. Told her she had the wrong phone number.  York, AL showed on my Caller ID

They call me at least 4 times a day.  I never answer this number.

I finally answered after them calling me several times. They said they were from Education Advisors.
