This is a scam. They call a business and ask for photocopy information. Once they get the number of your photocopier they send you ink for it hoping that your shipping department will receive them and then you are stuck with a bill.
Called 2x....once the light went on that we were under a Service contract, I advised them of this. They disconnected the call at this time. I called back and left message with "Daphne" that any shipment would be refused.
I also received a call from Daphne with Image Supply Depot asking for the copier information. I asked what for and she disconnected the call. Total scam. Do not give any information.
