Who called from 2053796035

Just got a call from this number today. Fortunate enough that my cell showed "suspected scam call"

Also just renewed  my tags.  Received call 4 days later.  Did not answer. No msg left.

Missed a call from this number a few minutes ago but the caller left no voice mail. I renewed my tag 2 weeks ago so I see the pattern. Added to call reject.

Asked to speak to rose, no one I know had this name. Said he'll try again another time and hung up.
Showed up as v122 (I don't remember the other numbers, with the 2053796035 under it. )

Scum scammer fake police. Calls asking for somebody else then says maybe you can help.
