I keep getting calls from this number all the numbers and it hangs up or they'll put me on hold to wait for somebody I never get why they calling his record and say please hold for live representative if you do get a call from a telemarketer quickly interrupt them and ask them as many questions as you can personal questions their age where they're from are they single are they gay how many kids they have how much money they make an hour so you when I get to know them for you do business with them has as many questions as you can and say thank you can I have your home number and they don't give it to you say well I can't call you you can't cal
Are you sure? This number was trying to get me to make a payment over the phone for a balance I had no idea existed. I declined to make a payment so I could check my records, and I found no existing statements for the balance they claimed I owed. When I called the UAB Health services number I retrieved from a previous, paid statement to check my account balance, the automated service number said my balance was $0. I never received the statement that I requested this "billing office" send me in the mail. Therefore I believe this caller may be fraudulent.
Yes I believe you are right. I just got a bill in the mail today from "UAB hospital" with THIS number on it and another number 877-586-0315, which are not from the hospital. Anybody who gets called from this number or who receives a "fake" bill from UAB containing this number should watch out!!
I just got called from this number! And they left the same 877-586-0315 number as you gave, I am not going to call it. They said it was the UAB billing office on the answering machine, so glad I looked this up! I will call UAB tomorrow.
This is NOT UAB. Do not pay them!!!! They called me claiming to be UAB hospital after I had an ER visit. My bill had already come in the mail for $30 and they claimed I owed $375. They wanted to know if I need to set up payments. I declined and contacted UAB myself. They confirmed that they had not called me and I only owed $30. They will not call you unless your are in collections.
