Call was dead air then an automated "Hello" kept looping then hung up.

My telezapper takes care of most of my calls. This one was no exception. The call was disconnected upon answering.

this number keep calling and when you answer no one speaks.

Looks like some creep trying to get money using veterans charity  if it is a charity most of the money going to caller
