I received an automated call from (205) 383-3353 stating they were Arbitrators was given a reference and they stated the last four digits my social security number which alarmed me. The gentlemen stated I owe money for a pay day loan from Advance America, a pay day loan company and that I was being sued by the company for fraud. I am reporting this company to the FCC
I received a call from a Madison Whitehall for the law officeof Smith and Rosenberg saying that it was in reference to my social security number which sounded suspicious right off the jump. Then she tells me that I owe money to Cash Net USA, a pay day loan company and that I will be taken to court. It made me mad becasue she knew the last 4 digits of my social security number. I am reporting their number the FCC and I advise anyone else to do the same to shut these people down....(205) 383-3353
Caller claims that the recipient is being charged with fraud. The caller is using a caller ID label falsely presenting themselves as attorneys. This is a class A federal felony and has been reported to the FBI. Currently under investigation.
