Who are these people, they keep calling my phone for one of my friends but will not leave a message.

im fairly certain its from either medical collections and/or credit card delequency

Someone called looking for the previous owner of my number. I gave her my name and said person she is looking for doesn't own this phone anymore. She said she would take my number out of their system.

2nd time I've got the call, no one would leave a message......

Called and would not state what call was in reference to.
