He has claimed that the recipient of the call (in my situation my elderly mother) has won a sweepstakes and that all they need to do is send money to him due to taxes. Please note that this is the case and that this is fraud. He claims to be a part of the company "Winner's International". I would mark this as fraud, but there is no drop down menu for fraud.
