This number calls my phone and won't leave messages. I finally called them back and asked who they wanted to talked to. They told me and I politely told them they obviously had a wrong number. They were persistant and said no, they had the right number and that I was lying. I told them that this number is new issued to me and probably their records were old. They called on a Sunday night!
Ive received calls from this number for months but has never answered. Debt collectors will use any force or threats necessary to intimidate you. Got this off a judge show. Stand up to em!!! They can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission as well as your state Attorney General's office.
I've been recieving a call from this number for about 2 months. He would call and let it ring for maybe a second. Finally one day I got a text from him saying "Hey, how's it been, been a long time" and I couldn't text because my phone was messed up so I had my girlfriend do it and he said "Oh sorry, had the wrong number." He's been calling again and won't leave a message so finally I text and said, "You're being blocked for harrassment." He called again and I answered and said, "Leave me alone before I report you to the cops." Hung up. He called back AGAIN and I pushed ignore. Now he's constantly calling so I'm about to have his number blocked and POSSIBLY report him for harrassment.
This company has called me in the past trying to look for and/or find and collect a debt from my sister who put me on a loan as a reference without my knowledge, which came as no surprise, since using others has been her way of life her entire life. I let them know real quick of my lack of knowledge of said loan and that I would never agree to be used as reference for her on anything! Not to call me again and even try to collect a debt from me. This company serves Cullman Alabama I know for a fact because that is where she lives and has lived for over 13 or 14 years now. Funny too and YES in answer to some of the questions about legal concerns or if the judicial system there even cares.. Not in that county and I am sure several surrounding counties as well.. They don't care about much except lining each others pockets..believe me I have sat in on some serious messed up courtroom drama in that city alone!! oh and one other thing..It's funny to me how now one of this companies employees has become one of my sisters roommates..I got a phone call just today from her and she said herself if I didn't want to talk to her, to call back and leave a message/voice mail on her roommates number..Can you say *69?
