When you block the numbers is it through your telephone service or does your phone have a call blocking function. If it's your phone, could you tell me what brand it is. I can't seem to find a telephone with that feature. Thanks
Guy named Jeb Stuart calls saying he is calling for a "U.S. Veterans" Organization. I told him I don't give donations over the phone and not to call me again but he hung up mid-sentence. Obviously a scammer.
The budget for Do Not Call Registry should be applied to a govt. program that would actually get something done. *(Your laugh for the day) or a down payment on the next exotic vacation for the royals in the white house.
This number keeps calling from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and according to the White Pages Reverse lookup, it has been reported for heavy spam. Have yet to get anything but dead air when I answer the phone so am assuming the call center may be short staffed as people's numbers are cycled through the Robo call program.
Said he was calling for the American Veterans Support Foundation. There is very little substantive information on this group which leads me to believe they are not legitimate.
Didn't catch his name, when i said that i have a veteran at home that i am taking care of, he hung up on me before i could finish! RUDE. Do not give these people money. FIRST of all. They don't know who you are until you tell them. They don't have any info on your name, address or anything. IF you give an address.....you will probably receive a lot of junk mail from them. What a waste of time that call was. Tell everyone you know NOT to give them a dime and personal info like address. annoying.
