They have been leaving automated messages under the name NCR? Say they are not a solicitation, and that they have their attorneys to proceed against me if I do not call back within 24 hours. They have been calling for 3 months, leaving similar messages. I actually called them back one time and asked them to stop calling me, and if they had a claim to correspond with me in WRITING ONLY. Have not received any documentation in the mail since that call. After that call I made, they actually stopped calling for a few weeks only to start calling again using a name of another agent. The first calls were from some guy named Peter Kent claiming to be an attorney, and that he was ready to take me to court. Since then they have used two different names all claiming to be attorneys. Nothing has happened, and I have yet to receive a summons, lol. JUST IGNORE. DEBT COLLECTORS. NEVER ADMIT TO DEBT. DON'T PAY A DIME.
