I am in shock that not another person has written here that they are getting harassed by this number. They have been calling since the beginning of the year. When I google them I get something called Level 3 Communications which sounds like a front for scammers. These idiots never leave a message. I will never call it back and I won't answer it. Wishing someone who answers unknown calls would write here who it is.
