I am here to report a very similar situation as happened to post by "Herkimer New York".....One Nicolas Fraizer father of one teenage daughter who was attending Miles College in Alabama and he had been divorced for 4 years. His pictures were of a very good looking man of German accent. he sent me several selfies of himself when i would ask. He said he was born in Germany and his father was German and mother American. His parents were deceased and he was only child. I met him on a dating site "OKcupid". Very charming, sweet, and had all the right words to say. He said he was living in Birmingham, Al. He was a self employed construction engineer. He told me he was going on a business trip to Dubai and would be gone for a few days. He went to bid on contract of $150 million. He kept in constant contact thru text messages and email..Upon leaving Dubai he was involved in a cab accident on his way to airport. .Dr emails me and tells me he's found a diary with my name all over stating i was his wife and love of his life. He also found diamond ring and necklace and large check. Dr stated need immediate medical attention but needed money deposited into hospital account before any care could be administered. That went on for about a 6 weeks,. He finally leaves Dubai and has layover in Canada where he falls out plane door while entering giving him a concussion. Dr contacts me from that hospital thru email to my phone also wanting money before treatment. He then after 3 weeks leaves Canada to Arizona for another lay over. During this lay over he assaults a airport attendant when he was making his flight planes to come home. The attendant told him his return flight ticket was expired and he argued it which led to a fight. he was arrested and charged there so he says 500$ fine. He then manages to leave Arizona a few weeks later for a flight layover in Houston Texas. Everything is good there. He gives the excuse for a week of no flights our to his home Birmingham, al where he was to meet me for the first time in 4 months of texting one another. He asks for Itunes Card so he can download music to keep him calm for all the aggravation he has been through since Dubai and swears his love for me and cant wait to get home to me to make a life. He gets to Birmingham, AL airport and text me to tell me he is in trouble with FBI...some one planted a envelope of drugs in his suitcase and he was being sent back to Houston for charges and investigation. he pleads with them they are not his drugs. He supposedly was put in a holding cell pending investigation in the Harris County Jail Facility. in Houston. He has had court there and was found not guilty but his story is he has to pay a small court cost and needs bail money. That was crazy to me. So he is still there right now saying he will soon be home to me to prove he is not a fraud and he is who he says he is. I have accused him of being a scammer for a while now. Needless to say during the beginning of our talks I was foolish to believe him and send him some money. He seemed ligit saying he couldn't use his debit card and credit cards in Dubai in foreign country. I did and have talked to him several times on the telephone with the 205-440-3925 number. He still is texting me today and swearing his love even though I have told him I am not and will not send him any money no more. He says he doesnt need me to help him anymore he will find a way to make things right to me. He promises me still we will meet soon and pay my money back. If he is real he has a hell of a stroke of bad luck. I guess time will tell if he is really a scammer.
"Captain Phillip Lopez" father of 2, 14 year old and 16 month old. "captain phillip lopez" has been in the army 30 plus years, has a house in florida calls from an Alabama area code, and a nanny in Georgia that cares for his two boys bc the mother died at childbirth. "phillip" claims he had to pay $500 to be discharged from the army and receive "his check" of "$100,000". "phillip bypassed his children to come to Herkimer new York to meet my mother in law and on his way he "fell off the plane" during a layover in paris france and suffered brain swelling and had to have emergency surgery. after this "a Dr" started contacting her on a daily basis ( that number was also reported) stating that he was being denied pain medicine and needed a payment to receive it. "This Dr" also told my mother that he had a large check and diamond ring in his bag and that he talked about her in his diary. "phillip" has never talked to her on the phone and after his surgery he still did not go to Georgia for his kids, instead he moved in with "his Dr" .. now we are on our second attempt to meet this "Captain Phillip Lopez", until he was on a two hour layover, expected to land at 8:15 pm. almost 1:00 am and "phillip" is MIA. ..***red flags big time*** we believe she is sending money letting this scam get the best of her.
