Have no clue who'd be calling me from this number so it's gotta be a new telemarketer. They should allow us, the abused, to collect the fees if they even worry with it all.
This person who call pretended that he wanted to talk to Stuart. Then when I said he got the wrong number. He said right away "oh! well I'm from American association to help handicap blah blah and if you want to donate blah blah..." Then when I said I'm not from the US I'm just visiting. He hung up. He is very mischievous. It's must be a scam I think.
