This number is from the AT&T Home Phone Repair

I got a call from this number.  Don't know who it is.

the phone ring does not work properly from yesterday night. It rings only once at every outside call.
Before I called ATT to report it. I got a call from this number.I wonder how do they know that my phone is not working ?

Called twice - it does not read as AT&T  the caller ID is AT T .............
and I am on a no call list!
