unknown number calling

Called twice. Sounded like a recording and said  "Hi this is Shelby from Consumer Care Services" and then some background noise and then cut off. Both times same deal. Blocked the number.

Autodialer for a auto insurance company. Not sure how they got my number, but they were courteous when I asked them to remove it.

Called but no message
I called back and got message to wait for next rep withoption of being removed from their call list.
