A message called telling me to call, 18006354713. about a bounced check for target, or something like that. Thing is the nearest target is 60 miles away, and the last time I spend money there it was a gift card I had been given, and I used plastic.
Recieved a call from 205-469-3621 telling me to call back 1-800-635-4713.
I don't write a checks so I know there was no bounce. When I called back the 800 number I was presented with entering a code or my checking account number (not a chance). I entered random numbers until they answered with a non professional "Hello". I asked to speak with a fraud department and they said that they "Don't have a phone number, only an address to write".
I will be calling my phone provider to have their number blocked.

Call 1-800-635-4713, no one picks up( it is a pre-recorded message) about pressing * to recieve information about the service. Press * they send a text about "Reply Y now to find info on the # you are looking for. # Info Svc $9.99/month+std msg fees for 20 lookups/mont. Support/Terms? www.numsvc.com. So if you reply No or No, I do not want your service - they continue to send messages to your phone.
I have not subscribed to this vendor, nor is the company part of my cell phone service.
