I received a call from this number on my cell and just swiped to the left to disconnect.  The Caller ID showed Eric Dick from Birmingham, AL so they are definitely spoofing numbers.

If you're one of the people that kept calling my number, thanks for making me have to give up a number I've had for a decade. Jerks.
