The phone rang, I answered and it clicked over to someone who didn't answer. ID says "Hall, Patricia". I don't know anyone by that name. I have no idea who was calling.

Caller ID "Unknown Caller". I was expecting a business call, so I answered the unknown name / number. No response on their end. Probably a predictive dialer, fishing for active numbers.
I just got a call from this number and ID said Patricia Hall. I did not answer and no message was left. looked that number up and it is clearly a phishing/scam number. I will be blocking this number with my phone service.
