I called the number back and it is an educational resource service.  They want to give you information about going back to school.

I received calls from this number daily.  I called the number back no one answered and it just rings

I also receive calls from this number daily too. Nobody ever says anything when you answer the phone. However, when they call I have let the phone ring without answering and it rings many times.
