I live in So Cal and got a call from this number on my cell phone today at about 3:45 today. I have gotten this type of calls on my home phone before but not my cell phone. The ID on my cell phone indicated the the call originated in Alabama. On my home phone, I have pressed "1" before to talk to one of their representatives. When the rep comes online, I tell them to put me on their Do-Not-Call list. They hang up immediately.
Telemarketers like this are a pain. My recommendation is that nobody ever buy anything from a telemarketer. The only reason they keep calling and using these tactics is because so many people bite and buy their products. If they stopped catching fish, they would eventually stop fishing.
