Won't do much good. Callers are hard core Indian and Pakistani scammer/extortionists who ignore all US laws. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
I received the same message about a "case". Startled me at first, but this kind of thing has become so common place anymore that I came to my senses, Googled it and saw other comments about this fraud. I really wish more could be done to stop this practice...we need stricter laws about spam/scam calls.

Got several calls from this number. Message left stated the IRS was filing several law suits against us and to call back this number 205-499-0368. Of course, we did not call back--our local police warned the whole area about huge rise in scam calls of this type. We were called at least twice a day for several days, sometimes with a man's voice and sometimes with a woman's voice--have reported it to the govt. hotline many times
