Claims to be the IRS and tells you they are going to file a lawsuit against. This is total crap as the IRS wouldn't call you, they would just send certified mail informing you.

Appears to be a robo-dialer with the IRS. I confirmed with the IRS, they never call. They send letters. Do not call. They are committing a crime by impersonating a government official, but then again, they said IRS, not the Internal Revenue Service.
We have received FOUR threatening messages from this number. It is a robo-dialer claiming to be with the IRS - they also specify "Internal Revenue Service" and state they are filing a lawsuit against us for unpaid taxes. This is a SCAM.
