I hung up & the same guy called again from 830-589-3292. Claimed to be a Microsoft partner who wanted to "clean up" my PC. I stupidly gave him remote access for a free cleanup. When he said I had to install $733 worth of software, I knew I had been had. I disconnected my PC from the internet & will take it somewhere to be fixed.
