Caller ID says Perfect Service - called and asked for my hubby and when I asked who is calling he abruptly hung up. I hope this was a solicitation call since I am on the do not call list. I did call them back and left a voice message. If this is their customer service they badly need lessons...

I received a call from him a few weeks ago. The caller ID said Jordan Marsh. Normally, I don't answer calls I don't recognize but I made an exception this time. The guy said he was calling from Perfect Heating and Air and was going to have a crew in my areanext week and wanted to schedule an appointment.
After I told him I am on the NDNC list and blew him away with some rather colloquial language, he had the arrogance to curse me out. So here's what I did....
Pulled up his company on the Internet. Noted his business number is 205-957-2022 in Leeds, AL. First I filed a complaint with the NDNC registry using his real business phone and also noted the number and caller ID he called from.
Then I went to my on-line account with ATT Uverse and under the "Exclusive Call Forwarding" feature, I have a list of scammer numbers that call and changed the "forward to" number to his real office number. Now, when these other jackels call, they are automatically forwarded to his office.
Got a call from this guy. Obviously a telemarketer of some sort b/c he asked for by a first name that is not gone by. I told him that I could have the call returned and he quickly said he'd call back. Then I blocked call later to see if he'd answer by company name and he just answered with a sales pitch voice, "Yessss." Who is this idiot?
I got a call from this number, and have no idea who this is so I didn't answer it. This just shows me that the "Do Not Call" registry is a pile of [***]. I've put my home and cell phone numbers on it and still get sales calls.
