Another B.S. scammer Robo-call from a spoofed number. It's for a medical alert device, $475 value.  Robo may have said it was free - don't remember.
If you call the # back (it was a local area code) "...the number you dialed has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service. Check the # and try again."
