These idiots are Indians they trying to still steal our money. I just called them and told them if I ever get a call from this number again I will report them to the attorney general in my state. They hang up the phone on me immediately.

I just received the same type of call. The autobot just stated this was the process and summons division. Everything was exactly the same as you stated. Do have any idea what company this is. She said this is the 3rd and final attempt. First she was calling to verify my home and work address so, they could serve me but how do you verify someone's address if you never speak to them.
