This is nothing more than some heavy accented telemarketer pedaling insurance. I called back. They answer there phone w/no business name and immediately ask you for the make model and year of your car.  They give you no business name. I told them did not have a car ended right there. She almost hung up on me and I don't believe she understood when I said take me off the calling list.  So beware. It is probably some bogus call center out of country to get your info and steal identity.
