That's probably a scam. I worked for the State for over 30 years. State Troopers don't solicit donations. If you want to donate for any cause they supposedly tell you they help, call the local Trooper station in your area first. Better safe than to lose your money.
Second time in several weeks that I received a call from this number. Caller ID shows a rather unique "V119121956002064". Didn't bother to answer. Blocked future calls from this number.
