you should have asked them why they blow ~1 Trillion/year of public tax money on two wars and policing the world when we can't even keep the river of drugs from flowing into this Nation.

The "THEY" (veterans) that you are refering to are not the ones SPENDING the money... "THEY" are the ones loosing arms, eyes, & lives doing a job assigned to them, so that you and I can continue to b!tch about things our government does or doesn't do. Blame the government, not them.... especially for the leaky borders. I agree.... something needs to be done.
Thank you Kim - it is amazing sometimes what people think... My husband is retired military and my son is active duty. They are the ones that go where the politians send them - not that they want to be away from their families for a year at a time (every other year), so people here can complain about everything.
