Call came from "407-753-7927" (obviously spoofed). Said they had a "complaint" against me that they intend to serve "at home or work address" (which any real debt collector would know is an illegal threat).
Said to call 205-561-3772 to "rectify the matter" (i.e., allow them to extort money from me). Typical scammer antics.
I hope Congress passes a bill soon that will tighten down on this BS and put these people out of business, or even better to provide restitution to those they've victimized.

I continued to call this company back 15 times in a row to get their business name and address. I was hung up on, yelled at, put on hold, and told it was none of my business. Sounds like 2 people manning the phones as it was the same voices. Refused to give the company name other than mediation services and that they are registered with the BBB. However, I cannot understand the first part of the company name and they Will NOT REPEAT IT!! I wanted their name and address so I could report them to the local authorities. I was promptly hung up on 15 times. LOL How do you like the robo calls coming back your way scammers???? Do not fall for this scam; do not share any information with them. Find out their name and address, and report them to local police department and the Better Business Bureau."
