Cell phone rang once and stopped. Did not leave a message. Put a block on my cell for this number.

Got a call today, 03/20/2015, @9:25am pacific.  Rang once and stopped as well.

same one ring, nada, but second call in three days

so I started to block this number but it dialed it :)
the answer said I qualify for a $100 rebate ck due to some internet activity. But it alows you to press 2 for their do not call list. We'll see.....

I wouldn't call them back, since then they can justify calling you again by saying YOU contacted THEM. Just keep reporting them to donotcall.gov
