Phone rings but no one is there when answered

I received this call while I was at a doctor's appointment.   I don't believe I know anyone in this area code.  I did 40 years ago but I've heard they passed away.  In the last year I've had calls from other numbers that were hackers so I don't answer the phone for any number I don't recognize.

Got a call from this number today. My caller ID identified it as G.W.Financial.

Called me but they didn't say a thing. Then again, I didn't say anything either.

Called both land line and cell phone...Caller ID as Unknown...no message or voice message left.
