Bogus  VOIP front number for a collection agency.  When you call back, it asks you to "hold for an agent or press # to leave a voicemail."   Yeah, right.   No "agent" ever picks up and always after 1.5 minutes it forces you to a voicemail.   Doesn't even give the name of a company.
