Clearly a scam threatening arrest for tax fraud. The IRS notifies by mail of tax violations and if there is a warrant to arrest you, someone shows up in person.

Pretty much the same story as everyone else posted here..Robo caller IRS scam claiming we owe money for tax evasion..call back before we get arrested.. I'd suspect these are out of country VoIp callers bouncing their scams through prepaid numbers in state.. Blocked
