Person calls all hours and hangs up and when you try to return their calls it rings once beeps and hangs up..

Called for two times yesterday and today

Person calls all day long and when you call the number back. The message states, the subscriber you have called is not in service. I called immediately after receiving the call and the number is not in service. Weird!

I have received a call from this number @ about the same time for the last 3 days. My phone doesn't ring, but it shows missed call. I had a voice mail from the first call, no talking only typing noise.When I try to call back, I get a recording saying this number is not in service.
