Original call came from 205-588-0934. They asked for someone who is not me, but I still listened to the entire message. Instructions were given to call back 855-839-7050. I Googled the number where the call originated, and came up as the number for an Advance America location where I live. I checked the Advance America website and searched for the location in question, and this phone number does not match the phone number on advanceamerica.net. Even if this phone number IS for Advance America I have never done business with Advance America, & I don't know of anyone who has, so I'm not sure why they have my number!
I called this number (205-588-0934) from a different phone. The line rang multiple times & then I got a message saying that the mailbox is full & to try to call later. Clearly NOT Advance America. Their locations in my area are open past 5pm, so someone would be available to answer the phone right now.
