He called our church, a friend needed help with towing because the family car was broke down. Didn't quite have enough money to pay for it. We never give cash and I told him that. He said he would call me back but the tow company he mentioned doesn't exist.
Got a call from "David" saying he was from a nearby church. Said he had to meet some caretakers for his mom but he would be late. Asked us to give $100 to them and he would come by and pay us back. We contacted the church which said it was not true. We had a similar call around Christmastime.
Rec'd a call today from "Reverend David C..." saying that he needed $52 & would be back later, before we closed to pay back. He needed it to help move someone? Odd.
