Caller ID showed this number and "Consumer Assistance." It's yet another new number for the credit card interest rate scam. Aren't these jerks going to run out of numbers soon????
pre-recorded message "final notice to lower my interest rates...." Called while I was attempting to catch a rattlesnake, and the ringing phone startled the snake, it bit me and now I am dead.
