Felony warrant!? What is wrong with people? Sad that you have to guard everything you have (including your phone number!) because of low-life thief's with no conscience or morals.
Lock 'em up!!
I got a call and sent it to voice mail since I did not recognize the number. When I called back, they answered as "Century Claims". I told Jesse that I must have dialed the wrong number, then I hung up.
Left a message: This is Investigator Madison, you have a felony warrant for your arrest, if you don't call me back by 4pm I'll proceed with the charges.
I looked up the number and saw the other posts about Century Claims and called back. He answered and said he was Investigator Madison, and I asked if he was with Century Claims, he said yes. I told him that it was illegal to represent himself as an officer of the law and illegal to tell someone they had a felony warrant for an unpaid bill or whatever their business is about. The whole time I was talking he was screaming at me, asking who I was. I told him I was reporting him to my local law office for what he was doing and he said "you better not." That's when I laughed and hung up.
I've never had a payday loan and I've never been to Alabama.
LOL That's hilarious Not Me.
You can't be arrested for owing a bill.
And they were screaming and making false claims
and illegal claims, Yes it has SCAM written all over it!
