I too also received a call from a Mr. Lackey and he said I was from the Civil Arbitration Group and threatened me with a case that will be held against me in some kind of court system he said it was a 180/80 hearing. He said Court cost would be $972 dollars.
I received a phone call from a restricted number to call that number to talk to them about a subpoena that will be served tomorrow unless I call this number. The number that came up on the phone was "Restricted". I checked to see who the number was for and found out it was a scam when I looked on this website.
