A tel-marketer claiming to give you the lowest health insurance rates. I told them that my phone number is on the do not call list and not to call me again. A search shows this number to be from Birmingham, Alabama. A land line using Neutral Tandem-Alabama LLC - AL  with a spam score of 97%....
