I have received two calls from this number today. When I answer, there is silence on the other end for about 10 seconds or more then they hang up. My iPhone says the call is from Vincent, Alabama. I don't know anyone in Alabama.
Got a phone call and no one spoke. Called back because my son is missing. They say the are going to give you 165.00 in gift cards and rebates to consider a savings program. They ask for all your information for the 4.95 shipping and handling of gift package. Then to verify what was said they send you to a recorded message and most of the information was inaccurate. Then, they say you have just entered a membership program (which I initially told them that I did not want to get involved if this was what this is about and the young lady said that there is no membership program). Then, they tell you that you can have a savings program with a discount card for most stores and this will cost you $29.95. I was aware enough to notice the signs of a scam or unethical business, I suspect, but not strong enough to not get involved. I told her that I specifically said that I did not want a membership program and if she uses my information against my will, she will be arrested. She was very over confident and said, "wow". Now who does these types of things from Alabama?
