205-661-3261 calls you when you answer all you hear is a fax machine beep. You call back and it's a non working number

I believe they said they were "Salt Advisor"?  I may have gotten it wrong but I did ask them to repeat who they were...  But the number looks up to be a number for    Trussville Fitness Together LLC     Go figure...  But if you look them up it says business is closed.  And, as above called back the number only to get the "disconnected" recording.  They did call me by my first name as well.  Creepy.  And blocked.
