"Frank" (and many others) from Global Pharmacy keeps calling about "discount" pharmacy prices. I've told him (and MANY other's from his company) to put me on his NCL (No Call List), as I've registered with the national registry and it's illegal for their company to call me now. Ok....I KNOW he understands ENGLISH! (Even though he is obviously from India). Is this company exempt from fines b/c they're not in the USA, and am I wasting my time telling them so?? If so, I'm putting on my "thinking cap" on how to stop these people w/o changing my phone #! If there is anyone else out there thinking the same thing, I'd be interested in hearing your ideas!
