It's the same group of scammers that formally used 2053321947 (Littleton). They say they're raising money for state troopers among other things, but it's all a scam. They won't stop calling. I just pick up and hang up on them everytime when it comes up on the ID.
This caller rang our number frequently sometimes more than once a day and sometimes left a blank message. I finally got tired of it and picked up the phone one day last week (6/3/09) when I was home. The older gentleman claimed to be with the American Legion and wanted a contribution for our troops in Iraq. He was not professional and was pushy in trying to get a credit card number and tried to emulate a telemarketer but failed to even be convincing.
