Diversified Consultants is a debt collector with a bad reputation. They are third party debt collectors for wireless debts. I actually had phone calls from them about 6 years ago when I got a new cell phone. The number was associated with someone else. Even though I told them over and over that I was not (can't even remember the name) they continued to call my cell. I sent a cease and desist letter but it took changing my cell phone number to get rid of them. If you don't have any outstanding wireless debt, block the number. If you do, follow the FTC's suggestions for dealing with debt collectors.

Never acknowledge debt on the phone or in an email and insist upon written verification of the original debt before agreeing to any payment. Ask these questions:
1.What is the name, physical address, and phone number of the company you’re calling from?’
2.What is the name and address of the debtor you’re trying to reach?
3.What are the last four digits of the debtor’s Social Security number?
